The Association hosts an annual conference and each state hosts the conference on a rotating basis. Instruction is geared toward issues pertaining to the four state areas. In addition, the conference provides an excellent opportunity to network with other law enforcement agencies. _____________________________________________________________________ The 2011 Four State Peace Officers Association Conference The Arizona Department of Public Safety recently hosted the 2011 Conference at the Northern Arizona University South Campus Conference Room in Flagstaff, AZ.
